Throughout your cruise, you'll be able to
savor cuisine as you wish on your time! From 5:15pm to 9:00pm, the main
dining room provides first come, first serve seating on the Lower Level
of the Main Dining Room. There may be a wait time before seating. When
you are booking your cruise, you'll have the option to reserve Early Dining,
Main Dining, or As You Wish Dining. Once aboard, you can make reservations
for the Main Dining Room until 4:00pm.
As You Wish dining -- a flexible approach to
dining where you can be seated at any time the Main Dining Room is open.
Rather than go to dinner at a fixed time in an "early" or "late" dinner
seating, there's no schedule to follow with As You Wish dining. Reservations
need to be made in advance of your sail date. Of course you can still select
the traditional "early" or "late" dinner seating.
As You Wish Dining Tips:
* The earlier you show up
for dinner the less of a wait you will have.
* As You Wish Dining only
applies to dinner. Breakfast and Lunch are still open seating.
* The As You Wish Dining
menu is the same as the traditional assigned (fixed) seating.
* To take advantage of
As You Wish Dining, gratuities (Tips) must be prepaid.
* Once dinner service at
your table has begun, no other guests will be seated.
* If prior to sailing you
find that your requested time is not available, you will be put on a Wait
List which is filled subject to availability.
* Reservations can be made
at the time of booking or anytime in advance of sailing
* If you choose to wait
to make your reservations onboard, your request is subject to availability.
Main Dining Room:
* Breakfast is served from
7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
* Lunch is from 12:00 p.m.
to 2:30 p.m.
* Early dinner time is
5:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., and the main dinner time is 7:45 p.m. and 8:15
p.m.
* Reservations for dinner
are requested (if you do not wish a long wait.)
* For breakfast, lunch,
and dinner, casual clothing (Country Club Casual not McDonald's) is OK,
but no sweatpants, swim wear or shorts.
* You'll be most comfortable
in elegant attire for formal evenings (Cocktail Party).
* Meals are free (part
of your cruise price), but special beverages, wines, beer, bottled water
and soft drinks may be purchased via current bar menu.
* When ordering steaks
and other meats, specify your grilling preference.
